What is CrossFit in  methven?

At X-M CrossFit, we guide every session personally, and we make sure every movement is adapted to you. No matter your experience, you’ll leave each class feeling like you’ve done something that actually matters for your health and confidence.

 How a CrossFit Session Works ? 

Here’s a look at how a typical CrossFit class runs at X-M CrossFit. You’ll see how the session flows, what to expect, and how the coach guides you through each part of the workout.

 


What to expect

  • Workouts are scaled to your level, whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced CrossFitter.
  • Classes are constantly varied, so each day is different and engaging.
  • All sessions are coach-led, 60 minutes long, following a planned progression.

 

During class, the coach will guide you through warm-up, explain and demonstrate each movement, and supervise your form throughout the workout.


Crossfit methodologies 

In our CrossFit group classes, you’ll use a variety of :

  •  GYMNASTICS  : mastering builds body control without external load.
  •  WEIGHTLIFTING & THROWING  : develop the ability to control objects and generate power.
  •  SPORT  :  applies fitness in a more dynamic, skill-focused context.
