I've really enjoyed training at this CrossFit box! Charline is a great coach – friendly, professional, and always motivating. The atmosphere is super welcoming and positive. I mainly used the sessions to complement my trail running, especially during the winter, and it was a perfect fit. The workouts are well-rounded and complete – a great mix of strength, cardio, and mobility. Highly recommended!
